Senior Sales Development Representative (2-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify companies target markets to position our solutions as a value addition to businesses.
- Work with the Sales team to nurture and lead inbound and outbound campaigns from idea generation to qualified calls.
- Build strong relationships with our marketing team and Account Executives to maximize wins for our business.
- Interact with IT and business decision-makers via telephone, email, social media, and in- person meetings and create interest in the product.
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge to be able to deliver convincing presentations on products and services.
- Track lead and prospect activity in HubSpot CRM to ensure effective lead management.
- Follow up on a high volume of leads effectively and efficiently.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share them with internal teams.
- Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential.
- Understand a prospect's needs and effectively communicate how company will meet them.
- Use research and data to prioritize and customize outreach.
- Consistently meet new business opportunities and pipeline targets.
Qualifications :
- 2.5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise technology sales.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication style.
- Genuine curiosity around cloud, databases, and data management.
- Consistent measurable overachievement in past experiences.
- Experience in developing effective messaging strategies.
- Creative, self-disciplined, and passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Driven by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude.
- Self-motivation and adaptability to changes.
- Bachelor's Degree.
