Senior Sales Development Manager - Insurance (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the organization on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing them with customized insurance solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales and revenue.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline by understanding client needs and requirements, and providing prompt and accurate responses to queries.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities to ensure a competitive edge in the market.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as underwriting and claims to ensure a smooth and efficient process for our clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times and consistently strive to exceed client expectations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is preferred.
