Senior Sales Coordinator - FMCG (6-10 yrs)
Work Summary :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Sales Manager for (FMCG, Namkeen & Snacks and Healthy snacks manufacturing org. ) located in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, creating MIS, and smooth functioning of sales backend team. The Sales Coordination Manager will also be responsible for building relationships with clients, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with other teams within the company.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales team Management :
- Tracking performance and sales targets of all field sale staff including SO, ASM, RSM through Bizom and making regular calls to distributors.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the backend sales team.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the backend sales teams and regularly monitor and report on their performance.
- Managing entire customer life cycle, by managing all task from customer onboarding, order booking, billing, to dispatch and continuous customer service.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Sales MIS :
- Making MIS in Excel and coordinating between sales staff for secondary sales data and Sales Targets on monthly basis
- Generated different type of MIS such as Target v/s Achievement (Product wise, State wise, Sales Supervisor wise, Area Sales Manager Wise, Head Quarter Wise, State Wise etc.
- Variance Analysis such as Comparison Sales Plan/ Budget with Actual Sales (Month wise/Quarter wise).
- Making sales reports of Sales Forecasting.
