Senior Sales Consultant - Insurance (1-4 yrs)

As a Senior Sales , you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Your focus will be on building a pipeline of opportunities and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to create new business opportunities.

- Maintain a robust database of prospects.

- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and networking.

- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings and managing follow-ups.

- Provide regular updates on leads and sales activities.

Key Qualifications:

-1-2 years of experience in business development or sales.

- Exceptional communication and networking skills.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach.

- Age: 22-30 years.

- Local candidates preferred.

Compensation:

- CTC: - 3.00 LPA to - 3.45 LPA
