Retail Supervisor (Senior Sales Associate) Duties and Responsibilities
- Generated day-to-day reports on operations and repairs, as required.
- Be involved in stock control and management.

- Established and implemented store policies and procedures.
- Assisting customers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Stocking shelves with merchandise.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager.
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
- Responsible dealing with customer complaints.
- Provided training to junior, contractual and part-time employees regarding data entry,
