The job responsibility majorly involves Sales in dynamic and challenging outbound atmosphere
JD - Process Name student loan
- Generating leads initially and then converting leads into sales keeping in mind revenue generation on real time.
- Dedicated follow ups with the client pertaining to the sales converted on daily basis in case needed.
- Assist the customers on queries regarding the Products and Services if client calls back.
- Ability to retain client in case client calls with a query or dissatisfaction related to the product either because of properly not educated during sales process or may be due to any controllable reason.
- Ensure that appropriate steps were taken to resolve customers problems and providing feedback accordingly
- There will be a dedicated target for the employee hired per month and will be monitored under the probation period as discussed.
- Employee should be ready to work on auto dialling or manual dialling as data provided will be best as per industry.
Essential Skill Set Required:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
- Professional in conduct/behaviour, appearance, and communication
- Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
- Any experience up to 4 years are also eligible
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts
- Salary upto 35 K
Salary date 7th to 10 th
Work from home and will be decided by management down the line to get into office set up environment basis current Covid situation
