Senior Sales Advisor - Health Insurance (3-10 yrs)
1. Effective coordination with multiple stakeholders i.e. distributors / sub-brokers, end-clients & the insurance companies to resolve any query & grievance
2. Assist customers understand their insurance needs & recommend products that best suit them. Showcase various health policies and give correct advice on inclusions and exclusions, explain value-add of having certain add-ons or inclusions, explaining benefit of top-up's, overall benefits and missed, provide best quotes etc.
3. Provide proper recommendation and detailed comparison of insurance policies
4. Liaising with companies to negotiate competitive insurance premiums
5. Provide ongoing support to clients, answering questions and resolving issues, process purchase applications
6. Scrutinise policy documents for correctness & ensure all clauses are incorporated (as requested by clients)
7. Generating maximum business with proper client satisfaction (no mis-selling)
8. Ensuring high persistency
9. Maintain & Update Sales MIS / Lead Tracker
10. Provide Renewal Support & Customer Retention
