Senior Researchops - User & Market Research Policy Consultant

Responsibilities :

- Develop policies related to user and market research that align with best practices and legal requirements

- Advise internal teams on implementing effective research policies and procedures

- Assess the effectiveness of existing policies and make recommendations for improvement

- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns related to research policies

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements to ensure policies are current and relevant

- Educate internal teams on research policies and procedures

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as legal and compliance teams

Profile :

- At least 7 years of experience in user and market research, with a focus on policy development

- Experience in creating and implementing policies for multiple organizations or clients

- Strong understanding of legal and ethical requirements related to research

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex policies to diverse audiences

- Ability to work independently and make decisions, while also collaborating with stakeholders

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Flexibility to work with clients in different time zones, as needed.
