Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Develops vision for important market on the level of a product line with a long term perspective. 


- Leads business development planning processes for this market. 


- Complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used. 


- Products and systems are client specific and require customization. Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.


- Department is involved in medium-large sales. Leads the OP setting and sales incentive administration in SPEAK/RPM.

Role Summary/Purpose :

- Responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with relevant experience in Sales. 


- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Sales Operations.
