Senior Role - Sales - Chemical Cleaning Solutions (10-15 yrs)
Hiring support for US MNC
BE/ B Tech degree in Engineering, MBA is desired but not essential
- 10- 15 years of successful commercial experience in B2B environment, of which 5-8yrs of experience in relevant experience out of which at least 23 years (preferably in a team leader position) as Area Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
- Experience of handling the sales operations of a region, leading a team, key account management and lubrication management services with proven track record of exceeding the KPIs set for the business unit.
- Possessing strong analytical expertise along with leadership and team motivation skills.
- Competency in developing sales forecast, delivering documented value addition to the customers and building good rapport with various stake holders of the customer.
- Proven ability to lead various innovation projects designed to meet business goals.
- Experienced in delivering diverse presentations to senior management of the organization and the customer.
- Starting & developing new businesses, Market Analysis, Direct Sales, Channel Sales, International Sales, Exploration of New Markets, majorly managed Industries from Food & Beverage, Bio products, Pharma, Dairy, Brewery, Cosmetic etc.
- Demonstrated success in value selling role with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience in field sales is essential, should have strong customer management experience at senior levels in B2B environment, knowledge of working with key or strategic accounts is desirable.
- This position needs to have a good understanding of technical issues to be able to understand problems and opportunities
- Management qualification is desirable to be able to manage the business and team in a professional manner with a strong understanding of all business functions including HR.
- This will also ensure a strong commercial and IT oriented mindset.
