Senior Role - Regional Sales - Staffing Firm (3-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Regional Sales / Sr. Sales (General Staffing) is a full-time role within Buzzworks Business Services Pvt. Ltd., working in conjunction with the National Sales Head. Leading Sales, and ensuring that the business exceeds the stipulated target.
Main Duties And Responsibilities :
- To represent Buzzworks with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue
- To research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet client's requirements
- To achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
- To generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- To create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
- To meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- To track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities
- To contribute in the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
