Urgent Opening for Senior PPC/ Adword Expert

Role and Responsibilities:

- As a Senior PPC/Adword Expert at organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue for our clients. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand business objectives and develop strategies to achieve them. Your role will include:

Paid Campaign Strategy : Develop comprehensive paid campaign strategies that align with clients' goals and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with overall marketing efforts.

Campaign Management : Execute and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve desired KPIs.

Budget Management : Handle and optimize substantial advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly spending while ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

Keyword Research : Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential keywords and phrases that will drive relevant traffic to client websites.

Ad Copy Creation : Develop compelling ad copies that resonate with the target audience and drive clicks and conversions.

A/B Testing: Implement and analyze A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to identify the most effective strategies.

Conversion Tracking: Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking using relevant tools to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on campaign performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs):

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) : Achieve and maintain a high ROAS by optimizing campaigns to generate maximum revenue from advertising spend.

CTR (Click-Through Rate): Improve click-through rates by creating compelling ad copies and targeting the right audience segments.

Conversion Rate : Increase conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing landing pages, ad creatives, and targeting parameters.

Budget Utilization: Efficiently manage advertising budgets to ensure optimal allocation and cost-effective campaigns.

Client Satisfaction: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver exceptional results, fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managing successful PPC/Adword campaigns.

- Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and delivering strong ROAS.

- In-depth understanding of e-commerce industry trends and best practices.

- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.

- Proficiency in using analytics and tracking tools.

- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
