Senior Role - Marketing - Hospital (3-5 yrs)
Looking for someone with Marketing experience, primarily generating leads, more patients for a hospital.
This role will be based out of Coimbatore. Travel may be 10-25%. Most of the time, the marketer will be working on building relationship with the allied partners and come up with creative ways to build more business and create market for the Dental Hospital.
Someone fluent in English, Tamil is fine.
Hindi and Malayalam language are added advantages.
What you- ll be doing :
- Plan, organize, and execute local marketing events and programs
- Hire, train, and manage contract resources, including brand ambassadors and event staff
- Process leads for analysis of campaign metrics
- Build event summary reports to identify trends and increase ROI on local marketing efforts
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Business Development Teams to drive local marketing campaigns and to ensure consistent messaging
- Approximately 50% of your time will be spent in the office and 50% in the field working events
What we- re looking for :
- 2-5 years experience in relevant local or field marketing role
- Driver's license required
- Able to work at events located throughout the Coimbatore and Tiruppur region
- Flexibility to work weekends & evenings when the need arises
- You are disciplined, well-organized and efficient
- You take a detailed and methodical approach to every project
- You have a - no job too small- attitude
