Senior Role/Lead - Digital Marketing/Growth Marketing (6-12 yrs)
Requirements:
- 6+ proven years of experience of progressive experience working in a marketing role with experience in Digital (Lead Generation, SEO, SEM, social media, Communities, Email Marketing, Affiliate, Alliances, Display Ads, Video Advertising, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing)
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to increase the quantity and quality of inbound and outbound leads.
- Understand our target audience and ideal customer profile, and create compelling messaging that resonates with their pain points and objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content marketing, Community, email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and other organic channels, identifying channel market fit for the company
- Optimize landing pages, website content, and call-to-action messaging to drive conversion rates and lead capture.
- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.
- Develop, iterate and launch marketing programs, rolling out to multiple new markets and geographies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to align marketing efforts with company goals and objectives.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance lead nurturing and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage and lead the Marketing team, PR efforts, Demand Generation, Platform Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, and Brand Management.
- Manage, track, report, and present program budgets by channel-campaign costs, performance, and ROI through the demand generation lifecycle.
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and communities to amplify our brand presence and generate referral opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging marketing technologies, and growth hacking techniques to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in marketing, with a focus on early-stage companies and product-led growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and user acquisition through organic channels and inbound marketing.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics (SEO best practices, content marketing strategies, communities and social media marketing)
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing campaigns.

- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives.
