Senior Role - Inside Sales/B2C Sales - EduTech/eLearning (2-5 yrs)
We are hiring experienced candidates, who have hands on experience in Counselling, Inside Sales or Inbound & Outbound Sales Process preferably from ELearning/EdTech or Similar Industry, for the Senior Sales Representative role.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- This role would be part of the B2C sales function for our India / International Business Groups.
- Develop, establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
- Identify potential new clients and develop new opportunities.
- Focus on Corporate enrolment & Revenue Generation
- Drive sales targets, new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
- On call sales of Training & Certifications Programs will be provided.
- Interacting with professionals around the world on call and educating them about the courses offered by us.
- Interact with customers, call and convert the potential leads.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
- Experience in Tele Counselling, Inside Sales or Inbound & Outbound Sales Process.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Inside sales from EdTech/ELearning or Similar Domain.
- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
- Able to set priorities and manage customers- expectations.
- Should have excellent communication skills
