Senior Role - Client Success/Media Operations/Ad Operations (8-12 yrs)
1. Lead customer success and ad operations, by organising/establishing strong inter-departmental workflows to ensure smooth campaign life cycle management from proposition building (pre-sales) to end delivery (campaign management & evaluation)
2. Own the workflow processes (and development/deployment of software systems) that are used to sell, input, serve, target and report on the performance of ads on the platform
3. Own the sales operations end to end from compliance and QC to end revenue realization
4. Establish and manage robust processes for tracking, measurement, analysis, and optimization of all advertising campaigns to continually maximize ROI for advertisers
5. Build strong ad-operations and sales operations processes and systems to maximize yield and minimize delivery risks
6. Mentor and manage execution teams that both interface with clients/customers and internal stakeholders to deliver to advertiser goals
7. Collaborate with ad-solutions and growth teams to build adoption for new ad products, and incorporate performance optimization methodologies developed internally
8. Drive automation of processes across campaign lifecycle management, sales operations, compliance etc
9. Looking for candidates from Media Operation Companies with 8 to 10 years of experience
