Senior Role - Business Development - IT/Digital Marketing (3-5 yrs)
We are hiring the Senior Business Development Manager
- We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven B2B business development track record, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the MENA region.
This is a strategic role that requires a combination of sales expertise, market analysis, and exceptional communication skills.

- The startup is Asia'a largest managed marketplace for digital services. It provides services under 3 major verticals: IT Development, Digital Marketing, and Web3.
It helps :
1. They have 1500+ verified development and marketing agencies on the platform. They are connected with these depending on the project's requirements.
2. Once you find the right match for your business, it assign dedicated delivery managers who monitor the project's progress for you.
3. It also safeguards the payments through Escrow solutions.
Responsibilities :
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space, focusing on strategic growth areas in the MENA region.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
4. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor analysis, and potential opportunities for business expansion.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies.
6. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
7. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
8. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills in business development.
What we need is :
- You will ensure consistent collaboration with your Account Executive to maintain a unified prospecting and outreach strategy.
- Supporting your Account Executives means working as one team to reach success and understanding how and where you can add value.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2B business development, preferably in the MENA market.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify win-win solutions.
