Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Loan Against Property (6-10 yrs)
Job Description:-
1. Relationship Management on boarded Clients & Focus to increase the book size and profitability of the portfolio.
2. Ensuring that the Utilization in the portfolio is above the prescribed norm.
3. Manage Connector Engagements and have a good connect with them & Trade associations.
4. Closely work with Credit team for loan appraisal and effective risk management.
5. Client/account management throughout the tenure of relationship.
6. Candidate for education / Healthcare / segment should have following experience :
- Should be from Loan against property background and should have handled loans of schools and hospitals/nursing homes.
- Should have handled loan against property in the ticket size up to 10 cr.
Products:-LAP (Loan Against Property) or Mortgages.
