Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-7 yrs)

Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with existing clients to build and maintain relationships, as well as identify their evolving needs and requirements.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective solutions to any queries, complaints or concerns.
- Providing accurate information about various life insurance products and services to clients, and helping them make informed decisions based on their specific needs.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the insurance industry, as well as competitor activities, in order to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborating with other departments, such as underwriting and claims, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the company's policies and procedures.
- Preparing and submitting reports, as well as maintaining accurate records, of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Min. graduation complete in any field.
- 1 year of Exp. In Life Insurance Sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
