Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-3 yrs)
- As a Relationship Manager at Life Insurance company, your main responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers to drive sales and revenue growth. Your job description may include the following:
Role and Responsibilities :
- Identifying and acquiring new clients through various channels such as referrals, cold-calling, and networking.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by identifying and addressing client needs, promoting the company's products and services, and closing deals.
- Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell the company's products and services to existing clients.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Generating and submitting reports on sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
Requirements :
- Education : A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience : At least 2-3 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales
- Communication Skills : Excellent communication
- Result Orientation : Proven track record of achieving sales targets
