- As a Relationship Manager, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for selling Life Insurance products and services, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals by identifying customer needs and promoting Life Insurance products and services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing them with excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them effectively.

- Educate customers about SBI Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.

- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.

- Coordinate with other departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure smooth processing of policies and claims.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and policies.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales of Life Insurance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
