Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Recommend financial solutions and insurance products based on the client's needs.
- Provide ongoing service and support to clients, including addressing questions and concerns, and conducting regular check-ins.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure that their financial plans are on track and to identify opportunities for new products or services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new clients through lead generation, referrals, and other marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that client needs are met and to achieve team and organizational goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and other performance metrics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience BFSI Sales industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services, and the ability to explain them to clients.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
