Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (0-2 yrs)

The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Providing advice on KYC requirements and assisting clients and account managers through the account opening process.
- Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Following up with clients on required documentation and escalating to the appropriate Account Managers where necessary.
- Identifying discrepancies and escalating higher risk matters to the Compliance team.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
- Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
- Staying abreast of relevant research, trends in the areas of focus and promoting best practices.
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination various channels
- Managing corporate communications across internal channels/platforms.
- Developing messaging and content for corporate communications.
- Keeping staff updated and engaged on corporate developments and strategies through various internal communication channels/platforms.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Client Services, Agency Onboarding within Financial industry.
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- Experience within Internal Communications, would be a strong advantage.
- You have good knowledge of Other.

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
