Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Corporate Finance (5-10 yrs)
Job Summary :
- This position requires a self driven, front facing aspirant who is an independent thinker, problem solver and target orientated, constantly seeking challenges and higher targets. The position would be responsible for handling existing client relationship, introducing new relationships, credit appraisal and deal closures in the Project finance mandate.
- The position holder should have strong network in the Corporate Circles Chennai and tamilnadu. He/she should possess strong product knowledge as well as strong industry and sectoral understanding besides ensuring high standards of credit compliances. Good skill sets in deal closure, strong analytical skill, credit understanding and experience in executing project finance mandates is vital.
Job Details / Key Responsibilities :
- Scanning the market and identifying the potential business opportunities
- Handling client relationship

- Ensuring Deal origination and Credit quality
- Work on Financial model to determine inherent risk in portfolio to be bought
- Preparing proposal and identifying the critical issues requiring attention
- Structuring the deal, keeping in mind critical credit point
- Risk evaluation and portfolio monitoring on a continuous basis

Sectoral & Product Focus:
- Significant exposure in Term Lending with self credit analysis. Additional experience in Bonds/Debentures etc would be a positive.
- Deal making experience/strong network in manufacturing and other non - Infrastructure sectors
- Role per se is sector agnostic and would offer experience across all sectors but the organization expects the incumbent to add significant clientele on the non-infra side while educating the system internally on the nuances of various non-infra and non-core businesses.
- Experience/Network in medium to large corporate with targeted average term loan deal size of Rs. 100 cr and above
- Candidates handling a portfolio of MNC/PSU/Non Infra relationships will be preferred
