Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (1-6 yrs)
Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of AMC for the branch
Channel management:
- Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote AMC schemes across IFA- s, National Distributors .
- Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products
- Activation of dormant channel partners
- Manage smooth functioning of branch operation and administration work
- Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners / investors are met
- Effectively handle queries / grievances while following with TAT
- Regular MIS and reporting
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Strong judgment, maturity, and sensitivity regarding people management
Strong Coaching skills for development of sub ordinates
