Senior Relationship Manager - Sales - Bank (7-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Onboard, manage and own relationships with investors on the platform
2. Engage with prospective clients and active investors to discuss Company's product offerings and grow relationship to the best of their satisfaction
3. Ensure inbound requests are attended and closed
4. Ensure customer queries are resolved and are serviced end to end delivering great customer experience
Candidate requirement :
- Investor Relationship/RM/ Sales/Service role in a financial services firm mandatory
- Bachelor's Degree in Business and other equaling qualifications.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Wealth firm/banking or corporate finance in a relationship manager/business development role
- Strong sales experience and networking skills
- Experience in sourcing and maintaining relationships
- Basic knowledge of products
- Involved in direct sales
- Sector preference - Finance Companies / Banks / Venture Debt funds
