Roles and responsibilities :
- Delivering quick, high-quality services while cutting down on cycle time and transaction errors.
- Give customers expert advice on goods and services to guarantee that business opportunities are taken advantage of.
- To reduce any possible risks, get financial data/information from clients, look at the state of the market, and perform assessments.
- Make phone calls, pay corporate clients a visit, and write call reports.
- Assure adherence to the bank's norms, policies, and procedures in order to safeguard the interests of both the company and its clients.
- Make sure to prepare strong proposals that satisfy the needs of the customer and the policies, then successfully negotiate their acceptance.
- Make sure that every credit arrangement complies fully with any internal audit reports that may exist as well as the bank's credit policies.
- Make sure that allotted facilities' restrictions, terms and conditions, covenants, securities, etc. are implemented.
- Guarantee daily client transactions
