Job Description :

- As a Relationship Manager/Sr Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our network of partner hospitals. Your primary responsibilities will include :

- Hospital Empanelment and Activation : Conduct visits to hospitals for empanelment and activation, ensuring comprehensive representation of our services and value proposition.

- Agreement Closure and Rate Negotiations : Lead coordination efforts for closing agreements and negotiating rates with hospitals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both parties.

- Relationship Management : Foster and maintain strong relationships with hospitals within the assigned region, serving as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.

- Territory Expansion : Drive initiatives for territory expansion and business development, identifying opportunities to scale up operations and increase market presence.

- Communication and Follow-Up : Facilitate ongoing communication and follow-up with hospitals as needed, adhering to established communication guidelines to ensure clarity and consistency.

- Record Keeping and Reporting : Regularly engage with hospitals through visits and calls, maintaining accurate records and providing timely reports to the Regional Head on partnership activities and progress.

- Claims Coordination: Coordinate with hospitals for the collection of claims documents and other necessary paperwork, ensuring seamless processing and reimbursement.

- Claims Monitoring : Monitor outstanding claims within the assigned region, collaborating with the claims/operations team to resolve issues and ensure timely processing.

- Product and Service Education : Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to prospective ecosystem partners, highlighting value propositions and differentiation.
