Senior Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager - HNI Desk

- Managing HNI/Ultra/ Super HNI Clients, retaining & enhancing advisory relationships.

- Manage Trading and Monitoring the top clients and their needs from 360 degree solutions.

- Handling HNI Advisory / AUM.

- Advising clients to build a strong portfolio through asset allocation process mainly into equities & mutual funds based on short to long term holding period.

- Providing the advisory regarding the strategies for securities investment ideas in stocks and generating revenue for the organisation.

- Attending client queries and resolving the same at best possible level to assure client satisfaction.

- Good understanding & knowledge of Back office & portfolio.

- Upsell / Cross Sell to existing clients.

- Strong Market Understanding

Qualification And Experience :

i. Graduate with MBA and having Broking Experience of 3 to 8 years in handling HNI/Ultra Relationship.

ii. In Depth Knowledge of Equity & Derivatives and keep oneself updated on financial markets.

iii. NISM Certified.

iv. Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients.

v. Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take active interest in their financial well being

vi. A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.

vii. Ability to process several inputs provided by research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients thus generating insights for clients.

viii. Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.

ix. Good interpersonal skills.

x. Good Analytical Skills.
