Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and address HNI clients banking and Investment requirements
- Use financial acumen and investment expertise to review a client's personal data, align clients need through superior service, seamlessly align service delivery for enhanced experience; thereby helping the client to reach his short term and long term investment goals
- Focus on business development across liabilities, assets & fee to sustain and achieve growth in relationship value, revenues & improved client stickiness
- Achievement of product-wise targets
- Formulate outbound and inbound sales plan to acquire new HNI customers for increasing customer base of the portfolio
- Conduct risk profiling of all mapped clients for better advisory on investment needs
Senior Relationship Manager
Experience : 8 to 10

Role Details :
- Responsible and accountable as Profit Center Head. Achievement of branch budgets- Retail liabilities/ Fee Income. Keeping tab on the market trends including that of the competitors.
- Act as a brand Ambassador of the Bank by implementing the strategies in tandem with Corporate Objectives.
- Act towards achieving business goals, set by CO, for the branch viz Deposits, Fee Income, and Profitability and communicate the same to all team members.
- Analyzing past performance, monitor trends, evaluate present trends/opportunities in the market for formalizing business strategies & generate leads for business development.
- Monitor and support Branch Sales to enable the Branch team to achieve 60% of the total Liability target and 90% of the Fee based income target.
- Monitor and support Out-bound Sales team to enable them to achieve 80% of the business targets.
Reports to: Regional Head- Wealth Management Group Role:- Branch Managers Wealth and Wealth Managers team- DBM Wealth and Operations team
- Manage top customers for the bank- Manage administration and operation of bank - Set and monitor wealth targets for branche- Allocate annual budgets of bank and managing profitability of the Branch
- Monitor the cluster sales target and strategize to acquire new accounts and expand existing accounts for a wide range of products and services
- Maintain good relationship with the clients; Push the wealth managers to deepen the relation with the customers
Deliverables :
- Provide training to Relationship Managers (RMs)
- Provide advisory services to corporate high net-worth customers to manage funds.Achieve the annual sales target by monitoring the Relationship Manager s (RMs) productivity
- Add more value to clients by fulfilling their immediate requirements according to their suitability- Ensure more value enhancement to the customer.
