This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Products: Secondary Bonds / Fixed Deposit / Mutual funds / Capital Gain Bonds / RBI Bonds / Debt Primary Issues
Job Responsibilities:
- Relationship Manager should have a good demographic understanding of IFA's/HNI/UHNI families across the state and cities.
- A good working relationship with IFA's is extremely important.
- Business Development - New Partner Acquisition
- Conduct training & Create awareness among partners & Clients for above mentioned financial products.
- Responsible for product targets & revenue
- Self- motivated, responsible with convincing power.
- Good communication skills.
- Desired Experience: MBA / PGDBM / Graduate candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience
