Senior Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager your primary role will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and help them understand and choose the right life insurance products to meet their needs. Here is a more detailed job description for the position:
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable life insurance products to meet those needs
- Explain the features and benefits of various life insurance policies to clients
- Assist clients in filling out insurance application forms and provide support during the underwriting process
- Follow up with clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction and to identify potential cross-selling opportunities
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
Requirements:
- Min. graduation must be complete
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
