Senior Relationship Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Relationship Manager to spearhead the growth and profitability of our direct channel in the life insurance sector.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of high-value customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and needs assessment.
- Provide comprehensive financial planning and advice to customers based on their needs and goals.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of life insurance products and services to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business
opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in life insurance sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the life insurance industry and its products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
