Senior Relationship Manager - Institutional Sales - Asset Management Firm (12-15 yrs)
Job Purpose :
- To attain maximum market share from Target Universe of clients spread across all centres
- To ensure a high institutional market share amongst the top 100 clients. This includes developmental strategies and execution of the same for broader organisational goals.
- To track new opportunities in various centres and activate new clients to build strong and stable institutional AUM and build SOW in various centres.
- To have in depth connectivity and knowledge about existing products in Debt and Equity.
- To focus on new opportunities in Institutional Segment - specially in the PF and Gratuity Segment for equity business
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Increase SOW in various centres and amongst key clients across the country - special focus on top 100 clients in the country.
- Increasing the AUM from clients allocated by coordinating with RHs and KAM RM's across the country.
- Account Plans and distributor tie-ups
- Assistance in enabling high standards of service for top clients as well as assist in implementation of various projects which help in enabling the same.
- Market intelligence with respect to clients, pricing, products, competition
- To assist in any tie - up with key distributors in Mumbai to grow institutional market share
- Carrying out product analysis and assist in providing relevant analysis of competing schemes/ other economic trends so as to assist all members of institutional team to make more effective sales calls.
- Demonstration of leadership and active growth of team across the country.
- Reporting as assigned to the role by CO/ CH.
Qualification / Experience / Knowledge / Skills :
- Qualification - MBA from reputed institute.
- Experience - more than 12 years of experience with top AMC market at senior / middle level management positions - having good experience in handling institutional market as well as distributors and new segments.
- Having minimum 2 years experience in team management and monitoring business in large number of centres/ branches/ scale.
- Technical Skills - Understanding of MF products, debt and equity markets, operational issues & market updates/connectivity.
- Behavioral Skills - Aggressive, good inter-personal skills, good presentation skills, in - depth market and economy knowledge, excellent communication skills.
