- Own & deliver on a part of business targets for a particular geography
- Own a defined chunk of the customer journey and ensure customer delight through our conversations in that chunk
- Be the Personal Gold Loan Advisor to our customers and ensure their needs are met in a time bound manner
- Be the face of Rupeek to the customers and ensure high customer engagement, satisfaction and retention
- Adapt to new customer situations seamlessly and anticipate new kinds of queries from the customer to improve the processes
