Roles & Responsibility :
- Manage and ensure complete collection for every single designated Microfinance member.
- Confirm that leads for retail asset items like HL and LAP are generated.
- Must ensure and maintain process compliance as set forth by the organization while achieving the goals of the business.
- Observance of Protocols Observe the set protocols for handling customer contacts and reimbursement.
- Assure timely receipt of payments.
- Stays in Touch with the Client to Monitor Recoveries.
Requirements:-
- A bachelor's degree, regardless of field.
- One year of verifiable work experience in any sales-related field or six months of experience in banking, insurance, or life insurance is necessary.
