Senior Relationship Manager - Bancassurance Channel - Insurance (1-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager in Banca Channel - Branch Banking for India's Leading Life Insurance Company.
In Banca Channel, The applicant will design and carry out a sales plan for the channel partner in order to meet the sales unit's business objectives. Lead, inspire, and instruct your channel partner.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Establish and track specific goals to meet the partners' agreed-upon sales targets.
- Support our channel partners in creating, tracking, and closing leads.
- Assist partners in up-selling and cross-selling products based on customer financial requirements.
- Assist the partner in continuing to facilitate their training to maintain a fruitful channel at all times.
- Ask customers frequently how satisfied they are with the selling process and the products.
- Create and evaluate the partner's sales plan while fostering their expansion.
- Make sure the policies are converted and logged in within TAT.
- Make sure output is met on a monthly basis.
Experience and Salary Criteria :
CTC : 2.75 to 3.25 LPA - Mini. 1 years of experience required in Sales.
CTC : 3.15 to 3.75 LPA - Mini. 2 + Years of experience required in Sales of Banking and Insurance domain.
CTC : 3.75 LPA to 4.50 LPA - Mini. 3 to 4 Years of experience required in Sales of Banking and Insurance domain.
Candidate's Key Skills Requirements :
- Graduation in any stream
- Age should be between 22 to 38 Years
- Pleasant personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Presentations skills of the products
- Passionate toward the achievement of goals
