Qualification: CA/ CFP/ MBA with 12+ years- experience in financial services industry.
Job Description:
- Sales and Distribution of financial products like mutual funds / portfolio management services / structured products / private equity products / corporate fixed deposits and bonds & debentures.
- Sales and distribution of life and non-life insurance products across all insurance companies in India
- Offer advisory on primary and secondary real estate opportunities and mortgage products.
- Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship.
- Explain the concept of financial planning to clients and work closely with clients for creation and implementation of their financial plans.
- Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates.
- Prepare and interpret client's information such as investment performance reports, financial document summaries, and income projections.
- Answer clients' questions about the purposes and details of financial plans and strategies.
- Deep understanding of the financial products - mutual funds, bonds, corporate fixed deposits, life and non-life insurance, real estate and mortgages.
- Conduct seminars and workshops on financial planning topics.
Key Skills:
- CA/ CFP/ MBA with 6-12+ years- experience in financial services industry.
- Very strong sales and people skills with an ability to handle large client portfolios.
- A deep understanding of the financial advisory business process.
- Proven people, business and project leadership & negotiation experience.
- Possesses strong knowledge of process development and management, strong sense of personal accountability, problem solving, and creativity, and excellent communication, relationship and organizational skills
