Senior Relationship Executive - Sales - FMCG (1-5 yrs)
- Build a Relationship and tie up with retailers.
- Manage a team of 5-10 field executives who will be responsible to convert potential stores within their assigned region.
- Execute MOU and SLA with the stores along with an end to end handling of complete onboarding and documentation process
- Manage and streamline last mile delivery process at the store level as per Grofers metrics (e.g. attendance management, delivery percentage, customer returns, customer experience, customer escalations, on-time delivery, etc.)
- Look after all the training requirements at the store level as and when the need be customer experience,
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly and monthly reports for management
- Cash and customer returns management
- Decent Knowledge of Excel.
