Senior Regional Sales Manager - Insurance (9-12 yrs)

Educational BG - B. Tech/M. Tech, BCA/MCA, BSc Math & Physics/MSc Math and Physics (NO BA PASS)
Early/ Immediate joiners will be preferred

Skills required
1.Acquisition :
- New Customer Acquisition having sound knowledge of Key Account Management, which includes rigorous follow-ups and result oriented approach at all levels.
- Should have sufficient experience and knowledge of sales cycle from Suspecting, Prospecting, creating funnel and taking it to closures.
- Should be able to identify Key Decision Makers and must have an intellect/ability to reach out to right concern at right level and build relationship with all such personnel.
2. Managing Existing Accounts
- Customer retention with a focus of long term relationship building. Meeting with high profile customers to ensure service satisfaction & retention.
- Coordinate with concerned departments at HO to resolve all operational matters including vendor management towards smooth business inflow
- Handling existing customers and coordinate with Operations, Actuary, underwriting, claims processing, F&A, L&C and all other concerned teams to complete tasks.
- To Expand the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing new solutions to meet their objectives, other than this plan for better opportunity at the client end with go getter attitude to maximize the SOW from the client.
- Plan and visit Channel Partners to build relationships and arranging interlocks between departments to ensure smooth flow in operations.
3. Team Management and Business Development
- Should have sufficient experience of team management
- Expert in driving / mobilising daily sales numbers through field staff (BSM)
- Can work on capacity building of experienced/ seasoned branch sales managers(BSM)
- Should be able to plan for joint calls / on field training for mobilizing developing skill set of team and achieving daily task/numbers.
- Proactively Identifying, hiring and induction of right candidate for the job and able to map appropriate sales territory for achieving assigned sales targets
- Managing multiple stake holders and extend sales support to his team members
4. Enterprising skill
A strong commitment to complete task on time
Taking initiative with strong urge to meet assigned budgets
Problem solving
- Negotiation skill with a focus on profitability of accounts For FIG Channel
