Senior Regional Sales Manager - Chemical (8-13 yrs)
Actively looking for a Senior Regional Sales Manager with one of the leading Chemical manufacturing company in India.
- Overseeing the sales & marketing operations, & achieving increased sales growth across region.
- Responsible for developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives.
- Responsible for demand generation of all products for the area.
- Developing new business partners to expand product reach in the market and working in close interaction with the dealers and distributors to assist them to promote the product.
- Identify New Channel Partners/ Dealers/ Distributors/ Retailer in the area and develop strategies to tap the business.
- Responsible for guiding channel partners sales team to ensure performance in terms of Sales Responsible for inventory management as per the policy in terms of value and ageing.
- Responsible for developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate, MBA preferred.
- Should have more than 8 years of relevant experience in sales of FMCG/Paints only.
- Strongly learning oriented approach and Detailed analysis .
Skills :
- Strong experience in managing - Channel Partners, B2C, Retail Outlets, Dealers, Distributors etc.
- Excellent Communications skills, Presentation skills.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
