Senior Regional Manager - Sales - eLearning (10-20 yrs)
As a Senior Regional Sales Manager, you should use your sales process experience and creativity to provide innovative ideas for growing the business.
- Effective Team management skills and communications are a must for this position. Your core aspiration should be to develop and maintain successful relationships.
- Have worked in eLearning but either in K12/academic segment or ar currently working in the corporate education sector. The candidate should have a strong professional connect among Tier1/Tier2 IT companies.
Role : Senior Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Build a healthy relationship with the entire sales team and provide critical solutions to boost sales
- Work with Sales and BD teams, motivate and train them to improve sales effectiveness
- Accompany sales team member in the field, meet clients and intervene as and when required
- Interact and establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts to create and service demand for our offerings
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Define sales target, track performance, and revise strategy to deliver on goals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients- needs
- Identify and analyse potential growth areas, market requirements for all RPS offerings and devise strategies to promote the offerings to increase sales
Skills & Experience :
- 12-15 years of Sales/Account Management experience in Corporate Education / Corporate e-Learning / IT Product Marketing & Sales / Tier 1 & 2 System Integration
- Demonstrable large professional network in L&D and/or SBUs of Tier1/Tier 2 IT Organizations
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager with demonstrable experience managing a high performance sales team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organisational levels
- Positive Go-Getter Attitude, Takes Initiative and is very Assertive
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
- Ensure adherence to Systems, procedures, policies of the organisation
- The inclination to use technology as a tool for all service offerings
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and constantly growing environment
