Senior Regional Manager - B2B Sales - Chemical (8-13 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Drive identified Initiatives in the Zone to achieve the overall sales objectives.
- Responsible for overall sales & marketing of products in South region.
- Identify & effectively implement in the areas of Market Development, Distribution expansion& Sales Operation.
- Achievement of revenue budget for region (territory wise, product wise, segment wise).
- Establish & maintain effective relationship with customers, key accounts, resellers & all other stake holders.
- Establishing new launched products / technology in the region.
- Identify and work with the Services Team to develop Authorized applicators in the Zone.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Any Graduate, MBA preferred.
- Should have more than 8 years of relevant experience in sales of Speciality Chemicals.
- Strongly learning oriented approach and Detailed analysis.
Skills :
- Excellent Communication skills, Interpersonal skills with Sound technical knowledge
- Specialties: Candidates from B2B/Technical sales background from Construction Chemicals/Waterproofing/Cement/Ad Mixtures/Industrial Goods industry only would be preferred.
Education :
UG : Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG : MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
