We have a requirement of Agency Recruitment and Development Manager for Panjim Goa & Mumbai Location.
Main Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment :
Identify & recruit Potential Life advisors from the Network & Natural market and build Agency business.
Coach :
Develop Life Advisors through relevant mediums by setting goals, conducting timely reviews & guiding them to achieve career path at company.
Lead :
Drive Sales Targets for the company through their team of Life advisors. Forming strategies & implementing in the most efficient way.
Position Requirement :
- Minimum Graduation (10 + 2 + 3) qualification.
- Must have attend the minimum age of 25 years.
- Minimum 1 year of field Sales experience (any industry domain)
- Preferred Immediate Joining
- CTC budget - Open for negotiable.
