About the Role:
BharatPe is seeking a Merchant Experience Lead from a Tier 1 college to improve merchant satisfaction and retention. You will design programs, analyze data, and drive key projects to enhance the end-to-end merchant journey.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap for improving merchant contact experience and retention.
- Design programs to improve CSAT, NPS, and key operational metrics.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and drive actionable solutions.
- Develop customer communication strategies and streamline product messaging.
- Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams.
- Benchmark against global standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from Tier 1 college (IITs, IIMs, NITs, etc.).
- Solution-oriented, customer-first mindset.
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Proven experience managing high-impact projects.
