Senior Product Manager - IT (4-8 yrs)
- 3-5 years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products; Overall 4-8 years of experience
- Deep understanding of one or more messaging channels like SMS, MMS, RCS, Whatsapp
- Experience in managing B2B SaaS products and /or one of more of the following: Marketing automation, Data-science, AI/ML, personalization is preferred
- Basic understanding of software-technologies, APIs, computer networks, software-architecture
- Creates clear & detailed low-fi or high-fi mock-ups using Balsamiq, Figma or other tools
Experience on Product Management tools like JIRA, Confluence
- High bias for action with demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies
- Data Driven with proficiency on data querying and analysis
- Experience with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau, Qlikview etc. is preferred
- Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective Synthesize and drive product strategy from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams; Build and manage an actionable product roadmap.
- Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap;
- Manage the entire product line's life cycle from strategic planning to Go-to-market activities
- Provide rollout status & monitor impact of each initiative launched
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap, requirements, development, launch and adoption
- Write detailed product requirements and end to end use cases with effective user stories to be used by engineering & design teams. Refine product backlog
