At Cogneesol, we're searching for a Senior PPC Executive who can drive results through innovative strategies and expert execution of SEM/PPC and Google Ads. If you have a strong grasp of paid media platforms, analytical skills to optimize campaigns, and the ability to target North America, the UK, and Australia markets effectively, we'd love to have you on board!
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Research and analyze keywords to create targeted, high-ROI ad groups.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and continuous optimization to maximize conversions.
- Collaborate with content, design, and web development teams to create landing pages and ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.
- Assist in the development of effective ad copy that aligns with campaign objectives and resonates with the target audience.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics and other tracking platforms to generate detailed performance reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging paid media strategies. Especially in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and digital marketing
- Execute billing strategies for multiple accounts and the ability to allocate funds where needed
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring the best possible ROI for campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns, with proven results in driving conversions and lowering cost-per-click.
Industry Experience (Preferred): Experience running successful PPC campaigns for BPM, B2B, or SaaS companies is highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tag Manager.
Target Market Expertise: Demonstrated ability to create and optimize campaigns for North America, the UK, and Australia audiences.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and apply findings to improve campaign performance.
Certifications (Preferred): Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, or similar credentials.
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to craft compelling ad copies and design impactful creatives to engage target audiences.
