Senior Partner Relationship Manager - Sales - BFS (6-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Understand partner needs and requirements and ensure they are met by coordinating with internal teams.
- Recovery Collection : Ensure a regular recovery collection from the Franchisee Partners for sustainable business operations Liaison with authorities on non-compliant or defaulter partners Top
- In case of low demand at a station, pitching reduction or shifting Partner Training & Education Conduct partners trainings on safety/app/station operations etc Educate partners on safety policies/new products/operational compliance etc. Station Termination/Deboarding:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to maximize mutual benefits and support the company's growth.
- Regularly assess the performance of partnerships and recommend adjustments as needed.
Communication : Facilitate clear and effective communication between the company and its partners.
- Provide partners with regular updates on company initiatives, products, and services.
Problem Resolution : Address and resolve issues or conflicts that may arise between the company and its partners. Act as a mediator to find mutually beneficial solutions.
Performance Tracking : Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Partner Performance Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance to senior management.
Compliance and Documentation : Ensure that all partner operations and contracts are in compliance with company policy and relevant laws and regulations.
