Senior Officer - Sales & Marketing (3-15 yrs)
Business Development:
- Identify- & develop new streams for long-term revenue growth & maintaining relationship with customer to achieve repeat / referral business
- Conduct competitor analysis by knowing market trends- & to achieve mkt. share metrics.
- Conceptualizing- & implementing competent strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts & expand existing once for a wide range of products.
- Scrutinizing- & Appointing Distributors.
- Increasing number of retailers stocking the products, in the designated territories.
- Launching- & promoting new Brands through the existing distribution network.
- Upgrading of channel partners in terms of value of volumes handled.
- Responsible for daily sale (Primary- & Secondary) targets of the territories designated.
Product Management & Branding:
- Evolve market segmentation /penetration strategies to achieve product targets.-
- Ensure maximum brand visibility- & capture optimum market share by
- Implementing strategies for brand image building- & product awareness campaigns.
- Conducting various promotional activities as a part of brand building- & brand awareness for generating sales.
Distribution / Channel management:
- Expand the dealer infrastructure- & appoint new partners in untapped market & evaluate performance & monitor distributor sales & marketing activities.
- Identify and network franchises and channel partners, resulting in deeper market- penetration & reach.
Team Management:
- Deploy the- sales and marketing activity plan for front liners with target setting and impart training new recruits & create awareness on products and SOPs.
- Appointing and monitoring the performance of- sales personnel /agents to ensure efficiency sales operations meeting of revenue and collection norms.
