Senior Officer - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Tekpillar is hiring of Sr. Sales Manager for one of leading insurance company, who work in Banking, Insurance, Finance, Securities, FMCG, Pharma, and Consumer Durable Sector
Responsibilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Required Work Experience :
Min 1 to 2 years in Sales and Marketing
